About Us

Loveys Emporium specialises in bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, dessert tables, and sweet treats. All products are made to order and tailored to individual client requirements.

Orders & Bookings

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is only secured once a deposit has been received.
• For wedding cakes, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance.
• Final design details must be confirmed no later than 2–4 weeks before your event.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the agreed due date (usually 2–4 weeks prior to the event).
• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

Design & Customisation

• As all cakes are bespoke, slight variations may occur between inspiration images and the final product.
• By placing an order, you agree to trust Loveys Emporium's creative interpretation.
• We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
• While we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery fees may apply depending on location and setup requirements.
• Once a cake has been collected or delivered and set up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not liable for damage caused after delivery or collection.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations close to the event date may still require full payment (see Refund Policy).

Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on this website remain the property of Loveys Emporium.
• Images of your cake may be used for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.

Liability

• Loveys Emporium will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
